Telekom Srbija to take over SRB Digital from Novi Pazar

The Commission for Protection of Competition of Serbia has approved Telekom Srbija's takeover of SRB Digital from Novi Pazar, which operates in the territory of a large number of towns and municipalities in the Moravica, Raska and Rasina districts and the Belgrade municipality of Grocka, the Commission announced.

Companies operating within Telekom Group are Telekom Srbija, mts Antena, YUNET, Kopernikus Technology, Radijus Vektor, AVCOM, MASKO, BPP ING, SAT TV Meteor, Telemark Systems, EXE NET, JM Oskar, Limes and Vizija.

Telekom holds 50-60% of the internet services market in Serbia and has a share of 40-50% when it comes to the distribution of media content.
