Hotel Rudo up for sale – Initial price BAM 7 million

The four-star Hotel Rudo, which opened on June 6, 2014, and closed on January 16, 2019, has been auctioned.
It opened at the same time that the foundation stone was laid for the HPP Mrsovo on the Lim and was supposed to bring profit to the investor, Energy Comsar, then owned by Rashid Serdarev from Russia.
As for the HPP Mrsovo, the project ended with the laying of the foundation stone.
The owner contacted the municipality seeking a solution for the opening of the hotel, in the interest of Rudo, as it had become a burden on Comsar.
It is now being sold at the price of BAM 7 million.
