Work Space One Expands Business Space – Offices, Meeting Hall and Spaces in Coworking Zone Added (PHOTO)

Work Space One, a modern and functional business space in New Belgrade, opened in May 2020, and it has recently been expanded. This has confirmed its successful operations, but also the trust gained from clients and associates.

The added 12 offices and the new meeting hall have complemented the WSO offer and enabled an enhanced relation with the tenants and their business needs.

The space now has 34 private offices with a total capacity of 135 working spaces, three meeting halls of various capacities, all equipped with top-quality technology, and 20 working spaces in the coworking zone.

Work Space One is also richer by new clients – startups, small companies and large world companies. At the moment, there are a total of 20 of them. They are in various businesses, representing different cultures. It is precisely this variety that makes this business story a quality one, opening the possibility for the further connecting in the world of business.

It should also be added that the coworking space gathers business people and young creators. They opt for a “Hot Desk”, that is, the possibility of changing desks, but also for a “Dedicated Desk”, if they want to have a place just for themselves.

In the year which is slowly passing, the interests and needs, when it comes to the WSO offer, have been different. Offices for one to two people or larger offices for teams of 10 or more people were the most frequently demanded. They feature a modern design and acoustic properties, and the comfort is ensured through ergonomic desks and chairs. Fast internet is provided too.



Let us remind that WSO is located at 11g Milutina Milankovica Blvd, at the Green Heart complex, in a facility with a LEED Gold certificate. In addition to the abovementioned features, it also has phone booths, a garden and a dining, relaxation and socializing zone. A service called “Virtual Office” is also available. It enables you to use their address for your business operations, but also other amenities, such as sending and receiving mail.

The working hours of this space are 8 AM through 6 PM, but this doesn’t apply for the tenants with offices. Thanks to the controlled access, the business space is available to them 24/7. Physical-technical security takes care of the space, and there are also parking spaces in the underground garage for all users.

When it comes to the period ahead of us, WSO will be working on the promotion of the space and the expansion of the network of its clients, an additional raising of the level of the services they provide and possibly a new extension.
