CMM Investment Consulting Group Planning Multimillion Investment in Budva – Unique Complex Pine Village to be Raised “Between the Mountains and the Sea” (PHOTO and VIDEO)

CMM Investment Consulting Group is planning the construction of the luxury complex Pine Village – Authentic Resort & Spa concept in Budva. As the CEO of this company, Natasa Grdinic, says for eKapija, they will invest EUR 4 million in the complex, whereas the sales value of the investment is at least 7 million.

Located in the settlement of Podostrog above Budva, right “between the mountains and the sea”, the Pine Village complex will spread on 3,000 m2 of land, providing a panoramic view to the whole city and the sea on one side and the surrounding mountains on the other.

– Pine Village is a unique residential concept. It will have five villas of areas of 250 to 350 m2, the construction begins in October this year, and the sale has just started as well. We will invest EUR 4 million in the complex, whereas the sales value of the investment is at least 7 million – Grdinic told us.

A private fitness and SPA center, outdoor pools, a sauna with direct access to a heated indoor pool, which turns into an outdoor one in the private territory… are just some of the features that the future residents of this complex will have.

The settlement will have its own reception desk and 24/7 security, its own parking lot, an outdoor cinema and a space for barbecue.

According to the project, the top-quality Mediterranean design of the village villas, combined with the best landscaping design, creates the atmosphere on being one with the nature, while retaining the privileges of the proximity of the city and high-class comfort.
Another special characteristic of this complex is that it also features rare plants and clear-water streams around the villas.

– The villas have kept the spirit of the national style of Montenegro, and the design was done in line with modern architectural trends, taking into account the needs for a comfortable and unique lifestyle – it is explained.
