GTC X Opens – New Symbol of Serbian Silicon Valley (PHOTO)

The panorama of New Belgrade is richer since last nights by another business star – GTC X!

GTC Group, one of the leading investors in the field of commercial real estate in central, east and south Europe, which has been present in Serbia for nearly 20 years, where it has so far built 140,000 m2 of office buildings of premium class and 35,000 m2 of commercial space, has opened its latest office facility – GTC X, which will forever improve the standards of office construction.

GTC X is bringing to the market 17,000 m2 of first-class office space in Block 41 in New Belgrade in Milutina Milankovica Blvd. As all other projects of GTC Group so far, GTC X is designed and built in line with the green standards of the LEED GOLD certificate, which guarantees maximum energy efficiency and state-of-the-art technology.

The opening of the building and the beginning of the new historic chapter of Serbia was attended by the management of GTC: Zoltan Fekete, Chairman of the Management Board of GTC, Janos Gardai, Chief Operating Officer, and Ziv Gigi, Managing Director for Southeast Europe.



Chairman of the Management Board of GTC, Zoltan Fekete, shared his honest satisfaction on the occasion of the opening of the impressive GTC X building:

– GTC X is not just a remarkable building, but also a great turning point in the history of our company and a loud and clear demonstration of our dedication to the Serbian market.

He pointed out that GTC X was not just a special symbol that defined a whole neighborhood in the big Serbian capital, but also a true representation of the mission of GTC to create exceptional value for its clients on the principles of sustainable development.

The opening of GTC X was attended by the secretary of the Association for Trade of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (CCIS), Zarko Malinovic, who addressed the attendees, as well as representatives of numerous state institutions and ministries.

On the occasion of the opening of the new office complex GTC X, last week, the company GTC donated to the city of Belgrade 100 saplings of young trees, which were planted on the left bank of the Sava.
