Telekom Srbija to Issue Corporate Bond Worth EUR 500 Million in September

Telekom Srbija plans to issue a corporate bond worth EUR 500 million in September, as confirmed by the company’s CEO, Vladimir Lucic, in an interview for Bloomberg Adria TV.

– Since the market is stabilizing, this year, we will fulfill that plan that we wanted to realize last year, but didn’t, because the market was unstable, and we will issue a corporate bond – Lucic said.

The corporate bond will be issued despite the fact that the interest rates are slightly higher than they were two years ago, when they were extremely low, he added.

– However, it’s the stabilization that matters. Unless there are some more changes on the global level and unless something even more significant happens, and I hope nothing else will, the predictions can clearly show what is going happen in the next three years – Lucic said.
