Dubravka Djedovic to Head GM of AD EPS and Be Its Only Member

The Government of Serbia has adopted the decision whereby the GM of the company AD EPS will be presided over by Dubravka Djedovic, the minister of mining and energy, who will also be its only member, Blic Biznis learns. According to unofficial information, the Supervisory Board of AD EPS will be appointed in two weeks.

As reminded, about a week ago, with the listing of the shares of EPS in the Central Register, EPS officially changed its status into a joint-stock company. Djedovic recently stated that, if the right people, also sought in the international labor market, were in the right places in EPS, she expected the effects of the changes to be visible in 12 months.
