IWG is happy to announce that the demand for space in the newly opened center in Novi Sad is extremely high and that this work model has already been accepted in the long term by companies of various sizes. The great interest in this location reflects the fast-growing need for innovative hybrid working solutions on a global level. As said in the announcement, this achievement is a result of the successful model of partnership of IWG and the success in the cooperation with the valued partner, the company Inobacka d.o.o.
Last year’s launching of the partnership with Inobacka d.o.o. – one of the biggest construction companies in Serbia, has enabled the opening of the first IWG location in an important market, and it is the result of timely action and an adequate strategy on which this cooperation is based.
What makes this success story in Novi Sad even more remarkable is the demonstration of the strength of partnership, adaptability and collaboration.
The business center in Novi Sad carries a special significance for IWG, because it is its first center in the city known for the highest number of IT experts per capita in the country. Having recognized an expanding market, this strategic move is also in line with the IWG’s continuous striving for providing state-of-the-art solutions for professionals from various industries.
Considering the big demand for office space of this type in one of the most development cities of Serbia, IWG is very satisfied to be able to present its second location in Novi Sad, in one of the most modern new facilities, whose opening is planned for the beginning of 2024. The new business center in Novi Sad, done in partnership with AEST, will present the HQ brand to this market, which will offer private offices, meeting rooms and coworking spaces.
– The demand for flexible working solutions has never been more obvious, because companies worldwide are looking for ways to adapt to a constantly-changing business environment and meet the needs of their teams. We are very satisfied to be witnesses to this excellent response to the offer of our Regus Center in Novi Sad and we are looking forward to new partnerships on the IWG platform – stated Mark Dixon, the CEO and founder of IWG.
This August, IWG posted the highest six-month income in its 34-year-long history, which is the result of a quick adoption of the hybrid model by companies of all sizes worldwide. “The big bang of hybrid work” has also reflected on the remarkable increase in the number of IWG centers, and the company signed 400 new locations in the first half of 2023.
Considering that the demand for hybrid working solutions is growing without a doubt, IWG remains dedicated to continuous innovations and partnerships in order to provide added value to companies looking for adaptable and collaborative working environments.
