The gardens of Cerak welcome the first tenants at the end of the year - A modern oasis close to the city center

There is a special accent on the green areas, which justify the name of the Cerak Gardens. Each plant species within the complex has been carefully selected, so the Gardens, according to the idea of Tijana Radovanovic, the author of the landscape architecture project and conceptual creator of the gardens and all green areas, will be decorated with evergreen conifers, deciduous trees that give new colors to each season, flowers that awaken all senses.

An integral part of the ground floor arrangement is an open-air gym, as well as a playground for children that tenants of the Gardens will be able to use exclusively, which will please young families who make up a significant percentage of buyers and interested parties.

One of the distinctive features of the Cerak Gardens is certainly the unique rooftop terraces, which will represent an exclusive corner for enjoying sunsets and an unobstructed view of Avala, Sumadija, Kosutnjak and the panorama that reaches all the way to Fruska Gora.
