At the meeting Cvetkovic pointed to the support of the CCIS to the local economy and added that it was a reliable and important partner of the Ministry of Economy.
According to him, Serbia is the leader in the region when it comes to attracting investments, and as he added, the CCIS certainly also plays a role in this.
Cadez pointed out that the two institutions were naturally oriented toward each other and that the joint priority was to help companies be more competitive, enter international supply chains, position themselves in new markets and export more.
– We have agreed that, when the minister goes on an international visit, a business delegation goes too every time. We ae here to work together and help our companies be more successful – he said.
The president of the CCIS added that Serbia’s IT sector was already recognized in the world as the country’s brand, that the annual growth of the exports of software was over 35% and that the country had 18,000 more engineers.
– Together, we will work with our innovation hub, which we are opening in October, on connecting the traditional industry with innovative solutions and that is what will enable us to win in the future – Cadez said.
