For a Happier and Better New Year 2024

Dear friends,

As another year is expiring, which, for many of you, we hope a great majority, has brought something good or a lot of good, we have to express our dissatisfaction with it overall. This odd year was marked by the suffering of the innocent like little else: in Serbia, which suddenly grew older and coarser one spring morning, in the world, where, at least in two places, the victims are no longer counted even by the statistics, but also at our home, which, due to somebody else’s mindlessness on the road, lost a member.

The economy, which is our field, accelerated in Serbia at a shy two-percent step – but on the other hand, the high prices threatened to push the just created middle classes back to the precipice of poverty. The nation was scared by the ghost of the 20th century past: inflation.

Therefore, to be direct, we above all want the upcoming year 2024 to be better than 2023.

Starting with such a simple wish, we can let ourselves daydream a bit for the holidays and hope for everything we have on our wish lists to come true and delight us.

And as for our business partners, in addition to health and luck, we would like them to keep finding a reliable and faithful partner in eKapija, on our road to mutual success.
