EPS and Elektrodistribucija Srbije doo Beograd Advertise Sale of Building Land and Facilities in Block 20

Not long after the Rad building, neglected for years and unfinished, was sold, in its neighborhood, in Block 20, Elektroprivreda Srbije ad Beograd and Elektrodistribucija Srbije doo Beograd advertised the sale of the building land on several cadaster parcels bordered by Vladimira Popovica, Milentija Popovica and Zemunski Put streets, as well as several facilities on those parcels, through the collection of written bids for the alienation of jointly owned real estate.

The parcels in question have areas of 5,424 m2, 5,016 m2, 1,741 m2 and 428 m2. The offer also includes facilities under construction on said parcels – the energy business facilities A and B, the garage facility C, the shelter facility D and the facility E (consisting of a traffic route for vehicles and pedestrians, parking spaces, free and shared areas).

– The electrical energy part of the facility A, the substation 110/10 kV (TS), which is located in the central part of the facility and takes up the basement, ground floor and mezzanine levels, with an area of 2,601.43 m2, with the accompanying ventilation canals which spread all the way to the roof, is excluded from the offer. Elektrodistribucija Srbije doo Beograd remains the exclusive investor in TS – points out the ad, which emphasizes that the real estate is to be sold as-seen.

The initial price at which the property is being sold is EUR 48,536,127.

As emphasized, the criterion for the selection of the most favorable bidder will be the highest price offered, which has to be equal or higher than the initial one.

Bids may be submitted by March 12.
