Hotel Complex Olga Dedijer on Kopaonik to Be Demolished and New One to Be Built on 25,000 m2 – Plan Includes 206 Apartments and Underground Garage on Four Levels (PHOTO)

The municipal administration of Raska has announced the early public inspection of the urban project for the construction of an apartment hotel on Kopaonik. The investor is the company MGM-Investments.

The location features the hotel complex Olga Dedijer, for which the decision on the construction was issued in 1985. This urban project envisages the removal of this facility and the construction of a new one.

The planned facility is to have four underground levels, a ground floor, an elevated ground floor, three upper floors and three lofts, and the total gross developed floor area of the future hotel is 25,638.92 m2.

The future hotel is planned to have 206 apartments. Garages with a total of 187 parking spaces are planned on the four underground levels.

Traffic access will be realized from the existing state road by a two-way internal traffic route with a width of 6 meters.

The designer is C.E.M. Team doo Beograd, and the public inspection lasts until March 6.

Hotel Olga Dedijer is located in the central zone of Kopaonik, at an altitude of 1,700 meters and was built in the mountain style.

The hotel has 232 beds in two- and three-bed rooms, a restaurant with 300 seats, an aperitif and snack bar, a discotheque, a pizzeria, an exercising space and a shop.
