Commercial features to be built on 46,864 m2 near CHC Bezanijska Kosa

Not far from the Clinical Hospital Center (CHC) Bezanijska Kosa, the company Beo Trio Gradnja GRA doo Beograd plans to build commercial features, as can be seen from the draft amendments to the DRP of the wider area along the CHC Bezanijska Kosa, for which the Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction of Belgrade has announced public inspection.

As said, the preparation of the Amendments to the Detailed Regulation Plan of the wider area along the Clinical-Hospital Center Bezanijska Kosa was done based on the decision adopted by the Temporary Organ of the City of Belgrade at the session held at the end of December last year, at the initiative of the commissioning party, Beo Trio Gradnja GRA doo Beograd.

The area covered by the plan amounts to around 1.89 ha, and the construction of commercial features with a gross developed area of 46,864 m2 is planned on it, and 585 people are supposed to be employed in this space.

This plan provides the possibility of a phase-based realization of facilities, so that each phase is a functional unit.

The plan was prepared by IBM Consult doo from Belgrade, and the public inspection lasts until June 24.
