Napred Razvoj announced its intention to take over Energoprojekt Holding

Joint-stock company Napred Razvoj Beograd has announced that it commits to submiting a request to the Securities Commission, for approval of the offer to take over the shares of Energoprojekt Holding within 15 working days. In its notice of intention of takeover, available on the webpages of the Belgrade Stock Exchange, it is stated that Napred Razvoj will publish the offer for takeover immediately, i.e. no later than the next working day after receiving the Commission's decision.

According to the document published by Napred Razvoj on the stock exchange, that company already owns 44.59% of the capital of Energoprojekt Holding. In the future offer for takeover, it will participate together with Napred Construction Company on the basis of equity participation, whereas in the intended operation, based on the Joint Action Agreement, it will be joined by the Belgrade-based Montinvest Properties, the Swiss company Jopag AG, as well as Dobroslav Bojovic, who is also the CEO of Energoprojekt Holding, and simultaneously the co-owner of Napred Razvoj.

In the notice of intent to take over, it is stated that Napred Razvoj, together with its partners, holds 55.51% of Energoprojekt Holding's shares, and that it intends to take over 44.49% of shares - which means that it also seeks the state's package of shares of 33.89% of Energoprojekt Holding's capital.

Energoprojekt Holding's share was quoted at RSD 375 yesterday, while the historically highest price was reached on April 17, 2007, when its value was almost 10 times higher and amounted to RSD 3,400.

According to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange, the market capitalization of Energoprojekt Holding currently amounts to RSD 4.06 billion or about EUR 34.6 million.
