Meeting of IMF mission and Serbian delegation

A plenary meeting was held today at the National Bank of Serbia between the IMF mission and the delegation of the Republic of Serbia led by NBS Governor Jorgovanka Tabaković, the NBS announced.

Talks were also attended by the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Siniša Mali and Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarović, with their associates. The IMF mission, led by Donal McGettigan, will be staying in Belgrade until October 15 to discuss the fourth and last review of the standby arrangement (SBA) approved by the IMF to Serbia on December 19, 2022.

The meeting will look at the latest macroeconomic developments, economic prospects and risks, and the implementation of the agreed economic program.
