Consultations for second round of auctions for market premiums for RES begin

The Ministry of Mining and Energy of Republic of Serbia has opened the invitation for public consultations for three regulations for the second round of auctions of the market premium for RES.

The public consultation for the Proposal of the Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on Market Premium and Feed-in Tariff is in progress and lasts from Monday, October 21, until the following Monday, October 28, at 11:59 p.m.

Decree on Quota in the Market Premium System for Wind Farms proposes a quota of 300 MW, while Decree on Quota in the Market Premium System for Solar Farms proposes 124.8 MW. Interested parties can submit comments via the eKonsultacije portal.

The most changes have been made to the Regulation on Market Premium and Feed-in Tariff, which is located on the link.

The adoption of the decrees and the announcement of auctions are expected in November. The announcement of the auctions should be preceded by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the maximum auction price for wind and solar.
