As clarified, JGSP Novi Sad currently has its own sales network in seven locations in the area of Novi Sad, as well as the service of a distribution network for the sale of electronic wallets in Novi Sad, but it is necessary to maintain the network for the sale of electronic wallets at the same level, so that the sale of these wallets is available in 30 places in the city where it carries out the activities of city and suburban transport.
– It is necessary for the bidder to offer the sale and topping up of electronic wallets at 23 points of sale so that they would be easily available to the users of public transport services. The procuring entity will hand over to the bidder the necessary number of “electronic wallets” with an adequate receipt, which is physically represented by contactless plastic NXP-Mifare Classic cards with a (minimum of) 1k chip, which will be pre-programmed with an initial code so that they can be used in the system of the electronic fare collection of the procuring entity – the tendering documentation points out.
The bidder, as added, will be obliged to monitor the number of available electronic wallets at each point of sale and order the necessary stock for each point of sale from the procuring entity.
– The bidder is obliged to submit a list of the locations of the points of sale along with the bid, and it is also obliged to provide said services of the sale and topping up of electronic wallets to the users of public transport services exclusively in line with the valid price list of the procuring entity – the documentation emphasizes.
The bidder which gets the contract is obliged, within 30 days of the signing of the agreement, to secure, at a minimum of five points of sale which are located in the territory of Novi Sad (but not suburban locations), multimedia information touch displays with anti-vandal protection, with the network of JGSP Novi Sad lines, so that the users of the public transport services can get information about the network of the public transport lines, and to ensure that they are available to each user of public transport services 24 hours a day. The bidder is obliged to submit proof to GSP – a photograph proving that a multimedia information touch display with anti-vandal protection has been installed.
– The procuring entity will provide the bidder with the hardware – the device for the topping up of electronic wallets, through which electronic wallets with the pre-installed accompanying software are topped up. The device with the accompanying software must not be used for topping up electronic cards which are not electronic wallets in the NSMART system. If the bidder damages the devices or makes them unusable in any other way, it is obliged to compensate the procuring entity for the damage – the documentation points out.
Along with the device of GSP Novi Sad, as said, the bidder will also be provided with a sufficient number of cards by which the operators – sellers will log into the device which will enable the launching and the work of the device itself.
The bidder will be obliged to display the following notification at all its points of sale for the duration of the contract: “JGSP Novi Sad” “NSMART Point of Sale”. At the end of each month and no later than the 5th of the month, the procuring entity will submit to the bidder a report for the previous month on the number and amount of sold NSMART cards and top-ups.
As emphasized in the documentation, GSP Novi Sad is obliged to train all the employed operators that handle the device for the topping up of electronic wallets before the date which will be set for the beginning of the sale of electronic wallets and their top-ups.
– Each month, by the 25th in the month, for the next month, the procuring entity will notify the bidder about the number of the necessary points of sale and their locations. The procuring entity reserves the right to abandon the sale through the bidder’s points of sale during the period of the validity of the contract, for which the bidder doesn’t have the right to seek any compensation or request the fulfillment of the contract – the documentation notes.
Bids may be submitted by November 5.
