Residential-office complex Mozaik in Nis up for sale – Initial price EUR 12.9 million

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of the property of the company DV Mozaik inzenjering d.o.o. Nis through public bidding.

Up for sale is the residential-office complex Mozaik, which encompasses 215 residential units, 17 office spaces, 154 garage spaces, 100 parking spaces and 308 basements.

The complex is located at 12A-12D Branka Krsmanovica Street and takes up 12,277 m2 of residential space and 2,359 m2 of office space.

The initial price is RSD 1,512,446,703 (around EUR 12.9 million), and the deposit for taking part in the bidding is RSD 604,978,681.
