Property of Nova Agrobanka up for sale – Residential buildings, office space, land...

The Deposit Insurance Agency has put the property of Nova Agrobanka from Belgrade up for sale.

A part of the property is sold through a public collection of bids – a tender with augmentation. It consists of two family residential buildings in Belgrade, office space in Zajecar, land and facilities in the village of Kovacevac in Mladenovac, a house and side facilities with the accompanying land in Popovic in the municipality of Sopot, a family residential building in Cacak and a building for the production of animal feed and land in Stojacak in the municipality of Smederevska Palanka.

The second part of the property is also sold through a public collection bids, but through a regular tender. It consists of land in Majdan, Gornji Milanovac, land in Latvice, Gornji Milanovac, facilities and land in Vrba, Jagodina, land in Rudnik, agricultural land in Krivaja, Sabac, and a family building and land in Mala Plana.

The most valuable property consists of two buildings in Belgrade, at the initial prices of EUR 252,000 and EUR 216,000.
