The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has put building land of close to 2 hectares near the “Lakat Krivina” intersection in Zemun up for sale at an initial price of RSD 319 million.
The location is covered by the Detailed Regulation Plan for the area between the T6 route, Ugrinovcka and Baranjska streets. According to the DRP, the land is meant for the construction of commercial facilities. The location is bordered by Baranjska Street and new traffic routes Nova 1 and Nova 2, which provide access to the location.
The investor's obligation will be to carry out all the works on preparing and equipping the building land.
Applications for the public bidding are submitted by November 16, whereas the public bidding is held a day later.
