State Selling 31 Properties Throughout Serbia
The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has put 31 pieces of state-owned real estate up for sale. Among other items, the offer includes an apartment in Belgrade, office space in Gornji Milanovac, a business building in Pozarevac and an agricultural complex near Smederevska Palanka.
The most expensive property is located in the Belgrade municipality of Savski Venac of 372 m2, which is offered for rent until 2033 at an initial price of EUR 2.5 million, and the industrial complex in Sopot is being sold at slightly under a million euros.
The manual for the bidders can be picked up at the premises of the Property Directorate until January 6, and bids may be submitted until January 11, 2021.
