The Municipality of Cajetina has advertised the sale of 8 parcels of building land on Zlatibor with various areas, the biggest one having an area of 1,060 m2.
The initial price for said parcel is RSD 38,160,000, whereas the initial price for the parcel with the smallest surface area (400 m2) is RSD 14.4 million.
According to the ad documentation, the ad will remain open for 30 days from the date of the publication, and the opening of the bids will be carried out on the fifth day from expiration of the bid submission deadline.
The exact time and place of the opening will be displayed on the notice board of the municipality of Cajetina, the ad documentation says.
