Lidl Selling Building Land in Obrenovac of 3,808 Square Meters

Lidl Srbija KD Nova Pazova is selling undeveloped building land in Obrenovac, designated as cadaster parcel no. 1467/5 KO Obrenovac, with an area of 3,808 m2.

The land is located within the borders of the Detailed Regulation Plan for parts of the settlements of Zvecka, Rvati, Petlovo Brdo and Zabrezje in Obrenovac and the Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction of the main III heating pipeline from the Thermal Power Plant Nikola Tesla A to the settlements of Sljivice, City Municipality of Obrenovac.

The cadaster parcel is located in Zone 4, planned for production, crafts, commerce, services and business operations.
