Ekogradnja Invest 023 Planning Construction of Residential-Office Facility with Eight Units, 621 Apartments and 653 Parking Spaces in Zrenjanin
Ekogradnja Invest 023 from Zrenjanin is planning the construction of a multi-family residential-office facility with a basement and 8 floors (including the ground floor and the loft) with a total of 621 apartments and 28 office spaces.
The core area covered by the urban project amounts to 74 ares and 8 m2.
In this core area, the plan is to build a facility with a total of 621 apartments, 28 office spaces and 235 garage spaces distributed across 8 units.
According to the urban project, the plan is also to build an internal traffic route and 30 parking spaces on the ground floor level. On the parcels in the wider area, the plan is to build two connections to the public road and a parking lot with 388 parking spaces, a substation and two spaces for containers for municipal waste.
The plan for the basement includes 235 parking spaces, of which a part is to be realized by installing the "Wohr combilift 543" platforms (vehicles stacked one on top each other) or similar platforms. The gross area of the basement is 5,489.80 m2.
Office spaces are located on the ground floors of six units, whereas apartments are planned on the ground floors of two units. Apartments are planned as type apartments with residential units. The plan for unit A is 67 apartments, whereas 81 residential units are planned in unit B. Unit C will have 79 apartments, whereas unit D will have 71. Unit E has 81 apartments, whereas 68 are planned within unit F, and units G and H have 95 and 79 apartments respectively.
The total gross area of the facilities amounts to 42,124.01 m2.
In addition to the parcels where multi-family housing is planned, the construction of a parking lot is planned nearby. The parking areas are to be established on the parcels of the complex and within the facility, as well as on the public area where a parking lot with 388 parking spaces is planned. The total number of parking spaces therefore amounts to 653.
