For this year, Delta Holding, among other things, announced the beginning of the construction of the office complex Delta Iron in Novi Sad.

As the 021 portal reports, the location permit has also been issued for this project. According to the location permit, the plan is to build an office building with a total of five floors (the ground floor plus four upper floors), with a gross developed floor area of 46,006.56 m2, with the addition of an underground installation block with a substation, a diesel generator and sprinkler equipment.
The plan is for there to be 594 parking spaces.
The preliminary and architectural designs were prepared by the Belgrade-based architectural and engineering studio Beging.
According to the land register, this space at BB Tekelijina Street has an area of 28,251 square meters, and the cooling plant of Centroslavija used to be located there.
