Two sides of the bridge across Sava on the Ruma-Sabac highway connected

The President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, attended the merging today.

Two sides of the bridge over the Sava river, part of the construction project including Ruma - Sabac highway and the Sabac - Loznica expressway, have been connected today.

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, while attending the merging, advised that the project was financed from the Serbian budget and that it was completed within two years.

He stated that the Ruma - Sabac highway will be completed in a little more than a year - the official website of the President of Serbia reports.

- This is a big thing for Novi Sad, for Belgrade, but also for the entire Macva region - stated Vucic and added that in "two years and three-to-four months, the entire road leading to Loznica should be completed".
