Government adopts decision on expropriation of land in Surcin for construction of infrastructure for National Stadium

The Government of Serbia has adopted the decision determining the public interest for the expropriation, that is, the administrative transfer of immovable property to the end of the construction of structures in the field of transport, utility and energy infrastructure, as well as hydrology structures, in accordance with the Decree on determining the Spatial Plan of the Special-Purpose Area of the National Football Stadium – third phase, for immovable properties in the cadaster municipality of Surcin, territory of the City of Belgrade.

The Republic of Serbia is determined as the beneficiary of the expropriation, that is, the administrative transfer of immovable property.
