EPS selling land and unfinished building in Block 20 in New Belgrade again – Price lower by EUR 10 million

Elektroprivreda Srbije ad Beograd and Elektrodistribucija Srbije doo Beograd have once again advertised the sale of building land on several cadaster parcels in Block 20 in New Belgrade, bordered by Vladimira Popovica and Milentija Popovica streets and the Zemun Road, as well as several facilities on those parcels, through the collection of written bids for the alienation of the jointly owned property. The initial price at which this property is being sold is EUR 38.8 million.

These are parcels of 5,424 m2, 5,016 m2, 1,741 m2 and 428 m2. Facilities under construction are also up for sale – the energy and business facilities A and B, the garage facility C, the shelter facility D and the facility E (consisting of a vehicle and pedestrian traffic route, parking spaces, free and shared areas).

– The electrical energy part of the facility A, the 110/10 kV substation, which is located in the central part of the facility and takes up the levels of the basement, the ground floor and the mezzanine, with an area of 2,601.43 m2, with the accompanying ventilation shafts that spread to the roof, is excluded from the sale. Elektrodistribucija Srbije doo Beograd remains the exclusive investor for the substation – points out the ad, which emphasizes that the property is to be sold as-seen.

Let us remind that, at the previous attempt, the price was higher by EUR 10 million, amounting to EUR 48.5 million. However, no bids were sent in response to that public call.
